Stainless Steel Hairline
We use #304 grade stainless steel. It is the most versatile and the most widely used of all stainless steels. Its chemical composition, mechanical properties, weld ability and corrosion resistance provide the best allround performance stainless steel. Low maintenance, long life and versatile, stainless steel is practical, durable and aesthetically pleasing on the eye. It has excellent bending and welding characteristics, thus easy to give any shape regardless of losing properties.
Stainless steel is generally resistant to corrosion. And yet natural hazards such as dust and moisture in the air can attack the finish on this type of outdoor furniture. A regular cleaning of stainless steel frame is required on a monthly basis to remove the natural deposits.
- Cover or store indoors when not in use and the temperature extremely rise or drop low.
- Upon the spills, please immediately wipe off with dry, soft cloth. Always wipe in the direction of the metal grain to avoid streaks and maintain a polished look.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents and scratching with sharp objects. Aggressive cleaning should not be necessary.
- Use fresh water only; spray the frames down thoroughly at a high hose pressure. A soft dusting cloth can then be used to enhance the surface.
- Always dry the surface completely after cleaning to prevent water spots and potential rusting.

- Take off the fabric from the frame, wash the fabrics with lukewarm water and line dried or tumble-dried with gentle or no heat. It is necessary not to use harsh cleaners and abrasives.
- For fresh stains: Treat with an alkaline cleaning agent. Rinse immediately.
- For dried stains: Use enzyme-based agents, follow reaction time before gentle removal.
- Oxidative Bleaching: Safe for most stains (apply commercial oxygen bleaching agent.
- Cut out burnt or melt stains: Take piece of fabric of the same size - if none is available take it from a part of the material that is less visible - and stick in from the left with double sided tape.
- Hang dry the fabric and it will keep the wrinkles away.
